Our complimentary shuttle service runs 24/7 to and from the Midway Airport terminal. Here's how simple it is:

  1. Arrive at the lot – For faster service, an attendant or shuttle driver will check you in and confirm your return information.
  2. Load your luggage – Our team will assist you with bags and ensure everything is safely stored before departure.
  3. Ride to the airport – Enjoy a quick, comfortable shuttle ride to the Midway Airport terminal—typically under 5 minutes.
  4. Return instructions – When you land, simply reply to the text message we sent at check-in by entering your claim ticket number. Our system will confirm that you have your luggage and, once you reply again, it will automatically dispatch your shuttle and send the exact pickup instructions. Texting your claim number is the fastest and recommended method. (Calling is available if needed.)
  5. Pickup at Door 5 – Our shuttle meets you at Door 5 on the arrivals level and brings you directly back to your vehicle, which will be ready and waiting.
